Possible Causes
Blocked cyclone assembly, Pressure sensor failure on main PCB, Air leak at dirt bin seal, Mis-seated dirt tank
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery before disassembling the dirt bin or cyclone.
- Empty and clean dirt bin: Remove the dirt tank and empty it completely. Wipe the inside with a dry cloth. Check the cyclone shroud for fine dust buildup and clean with a soft brush.
- Inspect seals and gaskets: Examine the rubber gasket around the dirt bin and where it mates to the main body. Look for tears, deformation, or debris preventing a tight seal. Replace damaged seals if available as spare parts.
- Re-seat the bin: Reinstall the dirt tank firmly until it clicks. An improperly seated bin can trigger airflow/pressure errors.
- Check filters: Ensure pre-motor and post-motor filters are correctly installed and not missing. Running without filters can alter airflow and confuse sensors.
- Test suction: With the wand and nozzle removed, run the vacuum and check suction at the main inlet. If E7 persists and suction is normal, the pressure sensor or main PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
