Possible Causes
Primary cyclonic filter clogged with fine dust, HEPA or foam exhaust filter saturated, Dust bin overfilled, Blocked air inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning filters.
- Empty dust bin: Detach the bin and empty all debris. Tap gently to dislodge compacted dust.
- Clean pre-filter: Remove the mesh or fabric pre-filter. Tap it against a trash can to remove dust. If washable, rinse under cold water and allow to dry completely.
- Clean or replace main filter: Remove the HEPA/foam filter. Tap off dust or wash if the manual allows. Replace if torn, deformed, or heavily stained.
- Check air paths: Inspect the bin inlet, cyclonic cone, wand, and nozzle for blockages and clear them.
- Reset indicator: Some models require holding a button (e.g., filter reset) for a few seconds after cleaning. Follow your manual to clear the FLT warning.
