Possible Causes
Liquid accidentally vacuumed into dust bin, Wet filters installed, High humidity causing condensation in sensor area
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum, remove the battery, and do not attempt to run the unit while wet.
- Empty bin immediately: Remove the dust bin and pour out any liquid and wet debris.
- Dry components: Remove all filters and allow the bin, filters, and cyclone assembly to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours.
- Inspect for damage: Check for signs of water reaching the motor area (rust, water marks). If water has entered the motor housing, do not operate the vacuum.
- Reassemble when dry: Once all parts are fully dry, reinstall filters and bin, then test the vacuum.
- Service if motor was wet: If the motor area was exposed to water or the vacuum makes unusual noises after drying, have the motor assembly inspected and replaced if necessary.
