Vacuum runs but produces no suction at the floor head, while suction at the handheld inlet is normal

Safety first: Remove the battery before clearing blockages.

• Test handheld suction: Remove the wand and floor head. Turn on the vacuum (briefly) to confirm strong suction at the handheld inlet.
• Inspect wand: Look through the wand against a light source. Use a flexible rod to push out any debris.
• Check floor head neck: Inspect the swivel neck where the wand connects for clogs or trapped objects.
• Inspect for cracks: Look for splits or holes in the wand or head that could cause air leaks. Replace damaged parts.
• Secure connections: Reattach the wand and head firmly until they click. Test suction again.
