Vacuum vibrates excessively, especially when using the motorized floor head

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.

• Inspect brush roll: Remove the brush and check for clumps of hair or debris on one side. Clean thoroughly.
• Check straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles, it may be bent and should be replaced.
• Inspect wheels: Check the floor head wheels for wrapped hair or debris causing uneven rolling. Clean as needed.
• Replace worn brush: If bristles are missing or heavily worn on one side, replace the brush roll.
