Safety first: Unplug the wall mount charger before inspection.

Inspect contacts: Check the metal contacts on both the dock and vacuum for dirt or corrosion. Clean with a dry cloth.
Check alignment: Ensure the vacuum is fully seated in the dock and that the contacts touch firmly.
Test outlet: Plug the dock into a known-good outlet.
Check charger LED: Observe the dock's indicator light. If it does not illuminate, the dock may be faulty.
Replace dock: If cleaning and reseating do not restore charging, replace the wall mount charger/dock.
