Dust escapes from joints or around the dust bin during use

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before cleaning dust leaks.

• Step 1 – Empty bin: Do not operate the vacuum with the bin above the max fill line. Empty and clean the bin.
• Step 2 – Inspect bin and gasket: Look for cracks in the bin and check the rubber gasket for tears or flattening. Replace if damaged.
• Step 3 – Check latch alignment: Ensure the bin clicks firmly into place and does not wobble. If the latch is loose or broken, the bin assembly may need replacement.

Operating with leaking seals can allow dust into the motor and electronics. Replace damaged bin components promptly.
