Nozzle LED Light Failure
LED lights on the floor nozzle do not turn on, but the brush roll still spins

Possible Causes
Burned-out LED strip in floor head, Broken wire inside nozzle, Loose connector between wand and nozzle, Faulty LED driver circuit on nozzle PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack and disconnect the floor nozzle before inspection.
- Step 1 – Check connections: Inspect the electrical contacts between the wand and nozzle. Clean with a dry cloth.
- Step 2 – Wiggle test: With the vacuum running (battery installed), gently move the wand-nozzle connection and see if LEDs flicker. Then power off and remove the battery.
- Step 3 – Inspect LED cover: Check for cracks or moisture inside the LED lens area. Moisture can damage LEDs.
If the brush works but LEDs never light, the LED strip or nozzle PCB is likely faulty. Replace the entire motorized floor nozzle or have the LED assembly serviced if available as a separate part.
