Mini motorized upholstery tool does not spin, while main floor head works normally

Safety first: Remove the battery pack and detach the mini motorized tool before inspection.

• Step 1 – Clear jams: Open the mini tool (if designed to open) and remove hair and debris from the brush roll and end caps.
• Step 2 – Check rotation: Spin the brush by hand. If it is stiff or seized, the brush roll assembly may need replacement.
• Step 3 – Inspect contacts: Clean the electrical contacts on the tool and the vacuum with a dry cloth.
• Step 4 – Test again: Reattach the tool, insert the battery, and test. If it still does not spin but the main head does, the mini tool motor or internal gears are likely faulty.

Replace the mini motorized tool with a Bomann-compatible accessory if internal components are damaged.
