Vacuum cannot be docked properly on the wall mount or charging station, does not start charging

Safety first: Unplug the charging dock from the wall outlet before adjusting or inspecting it.

• Step 1 – Check installation: Verify that the wall mount is installed according to the Bomann template and instructions. Adjust height or angle if necessary.
• Step 2 – Inspect contacts: Look at the metal charging contacts on both the dock and vacuum. Clean with a dry cloth. Do not bend contacts.
• Step 3 – Remove obstructions: Ensure there is no dust, plastic flash, or foreign objects in the cradle that prevent full seating.
• Step 4 – Test direct charging (if supported): If your model allows direct plug-in charging of the battery or vacuum, test that method to confirm the dock is the issue.

If the dock remains misaligned or contacts are damaged, replace the Bomann charging dock or wall mount assembly.
