Vacuum turns on but shuts off after a few seconds without any error code

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspecting contacts or opening covers.

• Step 1 – Reseat battery: Remove and reinstall the battery several times to clean contact surfaces and ensure a tight fit.
• Step 2 – Inspect contacts: Look at the metal contacts on the battery and vacuum. If they appear bent or recessed, do not attempt to bend them back; seek service.
• Step 3 – Test in different orientations: Hold the vacuum upright, then slightly tilt it while running. If it cuts out when moved, a loose internal connection is likely.
• Step 4 – Avoid heavy impacts: Do not bang or tap the unit to keep it running; this can worsen internal damage.

Intermittent power faults usually require opening the main body to inspect and resolder or replace the main PCB or wiring harness. This should be done by a technician.
