How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before working on the floor head.
- Step 1 – Remove brush roll: Open the floor nozzle and take out the brush roll.
- Step 2 – Clean thoroughly: Remove all hair, threads, and debris from the brush and end caps. Ensure both ends are clean and can rotate freely.
- Step 3 – Inspect for damage: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
- Step 4 – Check nozzle wheels: Spin the front and rear wheels of the nozzle. Remove any wrapped hair or debris.
- Step 5 – Reassemble and test: Refit the brush roll securely and test vibration. If vibration persists, replace the brush roll assembly.
Excessive vibration can damage the nozzle and motor over time, so address it promptly.
