Possible Causes
Dust sensor window blocked by fine dust, Faulty airflow sensor on main PCB, Disconnected sensor harness, Contaminated optical sensor in dust container area
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and dust container before cleaning internal sensor areas.
- Locate sensor area: On many Bosch cordless vacuums with automatic power adjustment, the dust/airflow sensor is located near the dust bin outlet or in a small chamber with a clear window.
- Clean sensor window: Use a soft, dry brush or a microfiber cloth to gently clean any visible sensor window or opening. Do not use liquids directly on sensors.
- Clean dust container thoroughly: Wash the dust bin (if allowed by the manual) and let it dry completely. Fine dust buildup can interfere with sensor readings.
- Check wiring: If you can access the sensor harness without fully disassembling the unit, ensure the small plug is firmly seated on the PCB.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the bin and battery, then test. If E07 remains and suction is normal, the sensor circuit may be faulty but the vacuum may still be usable in manual modes. For full functionality, the sensor or main PCB will need replacement by a technician.
