Possible Causes
Failed torque sensor in brush head, Broken sensor wiring in swivel neck, Contaminated sensor area with hair and dust, Faulty nozzle PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the motorized nozzle from the vacuum.
- Clean brush head: Remove the brush roll and thoroughly clean hair and debris from the brush chamber, especially around the drive end where torque is sensed.
- Inspect swivel neck: Gently move the nozzle neck through its full range. If you feel stiffness or hear crunching, debris may be affecting internal wiring or sensors.
- Check connector: Inspect the electrical connector between the nozzle and tube/handle. Clean contacts with a dry cloth and ensure a firm connection when reattached.
- Test in manual mode: If the vacuum works normally in fixed power modes but not in auto/boost, the nozzle sensor or PCB is likely faulty. The vacuum can still be used manually.
- Replace nozzle if needed: If E11 persists and auto functions are important, replace the complete motorized nozzle assembly.
