Vacuum body becomes uncomfortably hot to touch during normal use

• Clean vents: Use a soft brush or vacuum to remove dust from all ventilation grills on the motor housing.
• Service filters: Clean or replace pre-motor and HEPA filters to restore proper airflow.
• Adjust usage: Avoid running on maximum power for extended periods. Use medium or eco modes for general cleaning.
• Monitor temperature: After cleaning, run the vacuum and periodically check the housing temperature. Warm is normal; too hot to hold is not.
• Service if persistent: If overheating continues despite good airflow, the motor may be failing and should be replaced.
