Vacuum does not pick up fine dust well from hard floors

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle.

• Use correct nozzle: Fit the dedicated hard floor nozzle or set the combination nozzle to hard floor mode if available.
• Clean suction lip: Inspect the front rubber lip and edges of the nozzle. Remove any stuck debris or hair.
• Clear channels: Look into the nozzle’s internal channels and remove dust build-up with a brush or compressed air.
• Check bristles: If the hard floor brush bristles are worn down, replace the nozzle or brush strip.
• Test performance: After cleaning, test on a small area of hard floor with fine dust to confirm improvement.
