Vacuum tube or wand is difficult to attach/detach or feels loose during use

Safety first: Remove the battery before forcing any connections.

• Clean joints: Remove the tube and nozzle. Clean dust and debris from the locking buttons and sockets.
• Inspect for damage: Look for cracks around the collar, broken locking tabs, or bent tube ends.
• Lubricate lightly: If movement is stiff but undamaged, a tiny amount of dry silicone spray on the plastic (not on electrical contacts) can help. Wipe off excess.
• Replace worn parts: If the tube will not lock securely or falls off, replace the wand or nozzle with genuine Bosch parts.
• Avoid forcing: Do not twist excessively or force misaligned parts; this can worsen damage.
