Floorhead Airflow / Brush Engagement Issue
Cordless vacuum leaves debris on the floor and does not pick up well, even though suction at the wand feels strong.

Possible Causes
Blocked floorhead air channel, Worn or missing brush bristles, Incorrect floorhead height setting, Debris jammed in front lip of floorhead
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floorhead before inspection.
- Inspect floorhead opening: Look into the suction opening of the floorhead for blockages. Remove any debris or hair mats.
- Check brush bristles: Ensure the bristles are long enough to contact the floor. If they are worn down or missing in sections, replace the brush bar.
- Check floorhead wheels and height: Make sure the wheels roll freely and the head sits flat on the floor. Some Bush heads have a carpet/hard floor slider; set it appropriately for the surface.
- Test suction at floorhead: With the floorhead attached, place your hand over the bottom opening to feel suction. If it is weak compared to the wand, the floorhead internal channels may be partially blocked and need thorough cleaning or replacement.
