Possible Causes

Faulty mode selector switch, Damaged handle PCB, High-power MOSFET failure on main PCB, Battery unable to supply high current

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery before opening the handle or body.

  • Check mode button: Press the power/mode button repeatedly and observe if any indicator LEDs change. If the button feels stuck or does not click, it may be faulty.
  • Test with another battery: If available, try a different Bush battery. A weak battery may not support high power and the PCB may prevent turbo mode.
  • Inspect handle PCB (advanced): Open the handle and check the mode switch and PCB for damage or loose connections.
  • PCB diagnosis: If the mode switch works mechanically but the vacuum never switches to high power, the main PCB high-power driver may have failed. Replace the main PCB.
