Battery Fuel Gauge Calibration Issue
Cordless vacuum’s battery indicator LEDs are inaccurate (e.g., show full but battery runs out quickly).

Possible Causes
Battery not fully cycled, Ageing battery cells, Faulty fuel gauge circuit in battery pack, Firmware miscalibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not open the battery pack casing.
- Perform full discharge/charge cycle: Fully charge the battery, then run the vacuum on low power until it stops. Immediately recharge it to full without interruption. Repeat this cycle 1–2 times to help recalibrate the fuel gauge.
- Observe LED behaviour: After calibration cycles, check if the LED indicator more closely matches actual runtime.
- Assess battery health: If the indicator still shows full but runtime is very short, the battery cells are likely degraded. Replace the battery pack.
- Replace battery if needed: Install a new Bush-compatible battery pack. The new pack should have a correctly calibrated indicator from the factory.
