Cordless vacuum’s wall mount or docking station does not hold the vacuum securely; unit falls or feels loose.

Safety first: Remove the vacuum and battery from the dock before working on the wall mount.

• Check mounting screws: Ensure the dock is firmly screwed into the wall. Tighten screws and use appropriate wall plugs for the wall type (brick, plasterboard, etc.).
• Inspect hooks: Look at the plastic hooks or slots that hold the vacuum. If they are worn or cracked, the vacuum may not sit securely.
• Reinstall dock correctly: Follow the Bush installation template and instructions to ensure the dock is at the correct height and orientation.
• Replace dock: If the dock is damaged or cannot hold the vacuum securely, replace it with a genuine Bush docking station.
