Battery drains very quickly; runtime much shorter than specified

Safety first: Allow the battery to cool after use before charging.

• Step 1 – Verify mode usage: Check if you are mostly using MAX/Turbo mode. Test runtime on ECO/low mode to compare.
• Step 2 – Perform a full cycle: Fully charge the battery, then run the vacuum continuously on medium until it stops. Recharge fully. This can recalibrate the gauge but will not restore lost capacity.
• Step 3 – Compare to spec: If runtime on low is less than half of the original specification, the battery is worn.
• Step 4 – Replace battery: Install a new genuine Camry lithium‑ion battery pack to restore runtime.
