Clicking or rattling noise from the brush head while in use

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before opening the floor head.

• Step 1 – Remove brush roll: Open the brush head cover and take out the brush roll. Inspect end caps for cracks.
• Step 2 – Check for debris: Look inside the brush housing and gear area (if accessible) for small stones or hard objects.
• Step 3 – Reinstall securely: Ensure the brush roll is seated correctly in its bearings and the cover is fully latched.
• When to stop: Persistent clicking indicates worn gears or internal damage. Replace the complete Camry motorized floor head.
