Accessory Motor Overload / Short
Vacuum shows E12 and shuts down when using motorized mini tool or pet brush

Possible Causes
Jammed mini motorized tool brush, Shorted accessory motor, Damaged accessory wiring, Bent connector pins on accessory port
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the accessory before working on it.
- Step 1 – Identify the accessory: Note which Camry powered tool (mini motorized brush, pet tool, etc.) triggers E12.
- Step 2 – Clear jams: Open the accessory brush cover and remove hair, threads, and debris from the brush and end caps.
- Step 3 – Check connector: Inspect the electrical connector on the accessory and on the handheld unit for bent or burned pins. Straighten gently if slightly bent.
- Step 4 – Test without accessory: Run the vacuum with a non‑powered tool (crevice or dusting brush). If it runs normally, the fault is isolated to the powered accessory.
- When to stop: If E12 recurs only with a specific tool even after cleaning, replace that Camry motorized accessory tool. If E12 appears with multiple tools, the accessory power circuit on the main PCB may be faulty.
