Possible Causes

Damaged motor fan blades, Foreign object stuck in motor fan, Bent motor shaft, Loose motor mounting

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum, remove the battery, and do not continue to run a heavily vibrating motor.

  • Step 1 – Remove bin and cyclone: Detach the dust bin and cyclone to access the motor inlet.
  • Step 2 – Inspect for debris: Shine a light into the motor inlet and look for pieces of plastic, stones, or other debris lodged near the fan. If visible and reachable, gently remove with plastic tweezers.
  • Step 3 – Do not disassemble motor: The motor and fan are factory balanced. User disassembly will likely worsen imbalance.
  • When to stop: Persistent E15 or strong vibration indicates the Camry digital motor assembly must be replaced as a unit.
