Vacuum powers on but shuts off within a few seconds; display shows E2

Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove it from the charger. Do not keep restarting the unit repeatedly; this can stress the battery.

• Step 1 – Remove all accessories: Detach the motorized floor head, extension wand, and any tools. Try running the vacuum with only the main handheld body. If E2 disappears, the fault is in one of the attachments.
• Step 2 – Inspect the motorized floor head: Remove hair and debris from the brush roll and side channels. Check that the brush roll spins freely by hand. If it is jammed, clear the obstruction and test again.
• Step 3 – Check the wand and wiring: Inspect the Camry aluminum extension wand and the electrical connectors at both ends for bent pins, burn marks, or loose fit. If the vacuum runs fine without the wand but fails with it, the wand wiring harness may be shorted and should be replaced.
• Step 4 – Test battery separately: If your model has a removable battery, install it and run the vacuum body alone. If E2 appears even with no attachments and the motor does not spin freely, the internal motor or battery may be shorted.
• When to stop: If you smell burning, see smoke, or the battery becomes hot quickly, stop using the vacuum immediately. Replace the Camry digital motor assembly or Camry lithium‑ion battery pack as indicated, or contact a technician.
