Motor Overheating Protection
Vacuum stops during use and displays E3; may restart after cooling

Possible Causes
Blocked cyclone assembly, Clogged pre-motor HEPA filter, Full dust bin restricting airflow, Obstructed air path in wand or hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery (if removable). Allow the unit to cool for at least 20 minutes before further use.
- Step 1 – Empty the dust bin: Remove the Camry dust container and empty it completely. Tap gently to dislodge fine dust. Do not overfill beyond the MAX line in future use.
- Step 2 – Clean the pre-motor filter: Open the filter compartment and remove the Camry pre‑motor HEPA or foam filter. Tap it gently against a trash can to remove dust. If washable, rinse under lukewarm water until clear, then air‑dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Never reinstall a damp filter.
- Step 3 – Inspect the cyclone assembly: Check the multi‑cyclone cone stack for packed dust. Use a soft brush to clean the perforations and air inlets. Ensure no plastic film or large debris is blocking the inlet.
- Step 4 – Check for blockages: Look through the extension wand, flexible hose (if equipped), and floor head air channels. Remove any clogs using a straight, non‑sharp object (like a wooden dowel). Do not use metal rods that can damage the tube.
- Step 5 – Test again: Reassemble the vacuum with a completely dry filter and empty bin. Run the vacuum on low power first. If E3 no longer appears, the issue was airflow restriction.
- When to stop: If E3 appears within seconds even with clean filters and clear airflow, the Camry digital motor assembly temperature sensor may be faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
