Possible Causes
Disconnected brush head cable, Failed brush head motor, Broken drive belt (if belt-driven), Faulty accessory power output on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before working on the floor head.
- Step 1 – Test with another powered tool: If another Camry motorized tool works, the floor head itself is faulty.
- Step 2 – Inspect connector: Check the electrical connector between wand and floor head for damage or dirt. Clean and reseat.
- Step 3 – Check for belt (if applicable): Open the brush head and inspect for a broken or slipped belt. Replace the Camry brush head drive belt if broken.
- Step 4 – Replace head: If the motor does not run even with good power and belt, replace the complete Camry motorized floor head.
