Vacuum leaves debris on carpet; brush spins but pickup is poor

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before working on the floor head.

• Step 1 – Inspect brush roll: Remove the brush roll and check bristle length. If bristles are worn down or uneven, replace the Camry motorized brush roll.
• Step 2 – Clear air channels: Clean the suction opening and internal channels of the floor head.
• Step 3 – Use correct head: Ensure you are using the Camry carpet motorized head on carpets, not a hard‑floor or soft roller head.
• Step 4 – Adjust technique: Move the head slowly and overlap passes. Very fast passes reduce pickup.
