Possible Causes
Faulty mode button on handle PCB, Battery voltage too low for high mode, Overheat protection limiting power, Defective main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum before troubleshooting.
- Step 1 – Fully charge: Charge the vacuum to 100% and then test mode changes. Low battery can restrict high modes.
- Step 2 – Clean filters and check airflow: Overheating from restricted airflow can cause automatic power limiting. Clean all filters and clear blockages.
- Step 3 – Test mode button: Press the mode button repeatedly and observe if the LEDs change. If the button feels stuck or unresponsive, the Camry handle control PCB may be faulty.
- When to stop: If modes still cannot be changed after full charge and cleaning, professional replacement of the handle PCB or main control PCB is required.
