Possible Causes

Dirty filters with organic debris, Dust bin not cleaned regularly, Vacuuming damp materials, Mold growth in bin or filters

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning. Wear a dust mask if sensitive.

  • Step 1 – Empty and wash bin: Remove the Camry dust bin and wash it with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  • Step 2 – Clean or replace filters: Wash washable filters as per manual and let them dry 24 hours. Replace non‑washable HEPA filters with new Camry HEPA exhaust filters if they smell bad.
  • Step 3 – Avoid wet debris: Do not vacuum wet food, pet waste, or liquids. These cause odors and mold.
  • Step 4 – Deodorize: After everything is dry, you can place a small amount of baking soda in the bin (not on filters) to help absorb odors.
