Possible Causes
Shorted LED strip in floor nozzle, Damaged wiring harness in nozzle, Overloaded accessory power output on main PCB, Liquid ingress into LED head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and disconnect the motorized head before inspection.
- 1. Isolate the head: Run the vacuum with a non-powered accessory. If E15 does not appear, the LED head is the source.
- 2. Visual inspection: Check the LED strip cover for cracks or signs of moisture. Look at the connector pins for corrosion or burn marks.
- 3. Dry thoroughly: If the head was used on damp floors, allow it to dry for 24–48 hours in a warm, ventilated area.
- 4. Internal check (advanced): Remove screws from the nozzle housing and inspect the LED PCB and wiring. If there are burnt components or melted insulation, replace the entire head.
- 5. Replace LED head: If E15 recurs whenever the LED head is connected, replace the motorized LED floor nozzle with a genuine Candy part.
