Possible Causes
Disconnected motor wiring harness, Burnt motor windings, Faulty motor driver on main PCB, Damaged internal fuse or thermal cut-out
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and wait a few minutes before opening the unit. Only proceed if you are comfortable with basic electrical disassembly; otherwise, contact a technician.
- 1. External reset: Remove the battery for 2–3 minutes, then reinstall and try again. Sometimes a transient fault clears.
- 2. Listen for motor attempt: When pressing the power button, listen closely. If there is no click or hum at all, the motor may not be receiving power.
- 3. Internal inspection (advanced users): Remove the screws on the main body housing and carefully separate the halves. Locate the motor and its wiring harness. Check for loose plugs, burnt connectors, or broken wires. Reseat any loose connectors.
- 4. Visual check of motor: If there is a burnt smell or visible discoloration on the motor, it is likely failed and must be replaced as a complete motor assembly.
- 5. PCB issues: If wiring and motor appear intact, the motor driver on the main PCB may be defective. PCB-level repair is not recommended for DIY; replace the entire control PCB or seek professional service.
