Possible Causes
Blown LED strip, Broken LED wiring, Faulty LED driver on nozzle PCB, Connector damage between wand and nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the nozzle.
- 1. Check connector: Inspect the electrical connector between wand and nozzle for bent pins or damage.
- 2. Wiggle test: Reconnect the nozzle and gently move the connector while the vacuum is running (battery installed). If LEDs flicker, the connector or wiring is faulty.
- 3. Internal inspection: Open the nozzle housing and inspect the LED strip and wiring. Replace the LED strip or entire nozzle if components are burnt or broken.
