Vacuum cannot be switched to handheld mode because attachments are stuck

Safety first: Remove the battery before applying force to stuck parts.

• 1. Inspect latch: Check the release button and latch area for visible debris. Clean with a dry brush.
• 2. Gentle manipulation: While pressing the release button fully, gently twist and pull the attachment. Do not use excessive force that could crack the plastic.
• 3. Lubrication: Apply a very small amount of silicone spray to the latch (avoid overspray into air path). Work the latch repeatedly.
• 4. Replace coupler: If the latch or coupler is broken or permanently jammed, replace the affected wand or nozzle assembly.
