Possible Causes

Clogged pre-motor filter, Blocked cyclone mesh, Partial blockage in wand or nozzle, Leaking bin or seal

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning internal parts.

  • 1. Empty the dust bin: Open and empty the bin completely. Tap gently to dislodge compacted dust.
  • 2. Clean or wash filters: Remove the pre-motor filter and any secondary filters. Tap off loose dust. If washable, rinse with lukewarm water only and allow to dry fully (24 hours) before refitting.
  • 3. Check for blockages: Detach the wand and nozzle. Look through each section for obstructions and remove them with a flexible, non-metallic rod.
  • 4. Inspect seals: Check the rubber seals around the bin and cyclone. Replace if damaged to prevent air leaks that reduce suction.
  • 5. Test suction at main body: With no accessories attached, test suction directly at the main body inlet. If strong here but weak at the floor, the issue is in the wand or nozzle.
