Possible Causes

Blocked pressure sensor port in cyclone housing, Disconnected silicone hose to pressure sensor on PCB, Failed MEMS pressure sensor on main board, Severely clogged cyclone causing abnormal pressure readings

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning internal passages.

  • Step 1 – Clean cyclone assembly: Remove the dust bin and cyclone. Tap gently to remove fine dust. Use a soft brush to clean the cyclone cones and mesh.
  • Step 2 – Inspect sensor port: Look for a small hole or channel in the dust bin/cyclone area that leads to the pressure sensor. Ensure it is not blocked with dust. Use a dry brush or compressed air (short bursts) to clear it.
  • Step 3 – Check filters: Clean or replace pre-motor and HEPA filters as per the user manual. Excessive restriction can confuse the airflow sensor.

If E7 persists after thorough cleaning, the internal pressure sensor or its hose may be damaged. This requires opening the main body and should be handled by a technician. In many cases, replacing the main body assembly is the practical fix.
