Symptom
Battery LED indicators show full charge, but the vacuum stops after a few seconds of use.
Battery Voltage Sag Under Load
Symptom
Floor head lights turn on but the brushroll does not spin; suction is present.
Brush Drive Failure Without Error Code
Symptom
LED work lights on the floor head do not turn on, but the brushroll and suction work normally.
LED Lighting Circuit Failure
Symptom
Mini motorized brush (for upholstery) does not spin when attached, but the main floor head works.
Accessory Motor or Connector Fault
Symptom
Vacuum body becomes uncomfortably hot to touch near the motor vents during normal use.
Insufficient Cooling Airflow
Symptom
Vacuum does not charge when placed on the wall mount, but charges when the charger is connected directly to the battery (if supported).

Symptom
Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal and no error code is displayed.
General Airflow Restriction / Clogged Cyclone
Symptom
Vacuum leaves fine dust on the floor and exhausts dusty air, even with normal suction.
Filtration Failure / Damaged Filters
Symptom
Vacuum leaves visible lines of debris and does not pick up well from carpets.
Poor Floor Contact / Worn Brush Bristles
Symptom
Vacuum makes a loud high-pitched whistling noise during operation.
Air Leak at Seals or Cracked Housing

Vacuum produces a static shock or tingling sensation when touching the handle after extended use.
Static Electricity Build-Up
Symptom
Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on any mode and then shuts off with no error code; battery appears to drain extremely fast.
Battery Capacity Degradation
Symptom
Vacuum shuts off intermittently during use without any error code, then restarts after a short rest.
Intermittent Overheating or Loose Connection
Symptom
Vacuum smells musty or emits an unpleasant odor from the exhaust air.
Contaminated Filters and Dust Bin
Symptom
Vacuum spits debris back out of the floor head when lifting it off the floor.
Debris Backflow / Incomplete Cyclone Separation
Symptom
Vacuum trigger must be pressed very hard to start, or it only works when pressed at a certain angle.
Worn Trigger Mechanism / Misaligned Microswitch
Symptom
Vacuum wand or joints crack or separate when applying normal pressure during cleaning.
