How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.
- Step 1 – Inspect LED strip: Look for visible damage or dark spots on the LED strip.
- Step 2 – Check wiring: Gently flex the LED wiring harness; if lights flicker, the wire is likely broken internally.
LED components in the head are not usually serviceable separately. Replace the motorized floor head if lighting is required.
