• Step 3 – Check battery seating: Remove and reinstall the battery firmly. Ensure the latch clicks and the pack does not wobble.
• Step 4 – Look for life signs: Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Observe any brief LED flash.

If the unit remains completely dead with a known-good charger, either the battery or main PCB is defective. Start by replacing the battery; if that fails, the main body electronics need service.
