Possible Causes
Cyclone assembly packed with fine dust, Pre-motor filter heavily clogged, Partial blockage in wand or hose, Dust bin overfilled beyond MAX line
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning.
- Step 1 – Empty dust bin: Open the bin and empty all debris. Tap the inner cyclone gently to release compacted dust.
- Step 2 – Clean filters: Remove pre-motor and HEPA filters. Tap them outdoors. If the manual allows, rinse with water and dry completely before reinstalling.
- Step 3 – Check for blockages: Look through the wand, floor head inlet, and tools for obstructions. Remove any visible debris.
- Step 4 – Inspect seals: Ensure the bin and filter covers are fully closed and gaskets are seated correctly.
After reassembly, test suction on different power modes. If suction remains weak, the cyclone assembly or motor may be worn and require replacement.
