Vacuum will not stay mounted on the Cecotec wall charging base or falls off easily.

Safety first: Remove the vacuum from the wall before adjusting the mount.

• Step 1 – Check wall screws: Ensure the wall mount is firmly fixed with appropriate anchors and is level.
• Step 2 – Inspect hooks and latch: Look for broken or worn plastic on the mount and the mating part on the vacuum.
• Step 3 – Reinstall according to manual: Verify that the mount is installed at the recommended height and orientation from the Cecotec instructions.

If the plastic hooks or latch are damaged, replace the wall mount bracket or main body housing as needed.
