Possible Causes
Dust bin not fully latched to main body, Torn or missing bin gasket, Cracked dust container, Cyclone seal ring deformed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting seals and gaskets.
- Step 1 – Reseat dust bin: Remove the dust container and reinstall it firmly until it clicks. Ensure the bottom flap is fully closed.
- Step 2 – Inspect gaskets: Look at the rubber seals around the bin connection and cyclone. If they are twisted, dirty, or damaged, clean them with a dry cloth and straighten them.
- Step 3 – Check for cracks: Examine the bin for hairline cracks. Even small cracks can cause major air leaks.
If E13 remains and you can feel air escaping around the bin area, the bin or gasket set may need replacement.
