Battery Capacity Degradation
Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on any mode and then shuts off with no error code; battery appears to drain extremely fast.

Possible Causes
Aged lithium cells with reduced capacity, Repeated deep discharges damaging cells, High ambient storage temperature, Internal cell imbalance in battery pack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the battery to cool before charging if it feels warm.
- Step 1 – Full charge cycle: Charge the battery to 100% and leave it on the charger for an additional hour to allow cell balancing.
- Step 2 – Runtime test: Run the vacuum continuously on ECO mode and time the runtime. Compare with the specification in the Cecotec manual.
- Step 3 – Repeat cycle: Perform 2–3 full charge/discharge cycles to see if capacity improves slightly.
If runtime remains significantly below specification, the battery pack has reached end of life and should be replaced with a genuine Cecotec pack.
