Vacuum does not charge when placed on the wall mount, but charges when the charger is connected directly to the battery (if supported).

Safety first: Unplug the charger from the wall before inspecting the mount.

• Step 1 – Check charger connection: Ensure the charger plug is fully inserted into the wall mount socket.
• Step 2 – Inspect contacts: Clean the metal contacts on the mount and on the vacuum with a dry cloth.
• Step 3 – Wiggle test: With the charger plugged in (use caution), gently move the charger cable near the mount to see if charging starts intermittently, indicating a broken wire.

If direct charging works but the mount does not, replace the wall mount charging base.
