Vacuum body becomes uncomfortably hot to touch near the motor vents during normal use.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery. Allow it to cool before further use.

• Step 1 – Clean vents: Use a soft brush or vacuum to clean dust from all external vents.
• Step 2 – Clean filters: Ensure pre-motor and HEPA filters are clean to allow proper airflow.
• Step 3 – Adjust usage: Avoid long continuous runs on Turbo mode in hot environments; alternate with ECO or Standard modes.

If overheating persists despite clean filters and vents, internal dust or motor issues may exist and require service.
