Possible Causes
Short circuit in LED strip on floor head, Damaged accessory power pins on wand, Blown surface-mount fuse on main PCB accessory output, Crushed wiring inside wand
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach all accessories before inspection.
- Step 1 – Test without floor head: Run the vacuum with only the main body. If E14 disappears, the fault is in the head or wand.
- Step 2 – Inspect LED wiring: On the floor head, look for damaged LED strips or exposed wires. If any are burnt or cut, the head should be replaced.
- Step 3 – Check wand pins: Inspect the wand connectors for bent or shorted pins. Carefully straighten bent pins with small pliers.
If E14 persists even with no accessories attached, the accessory power circuit on the main PCB may be damaged and requires professional repair.
