Dust canister or tank is difficult to remove or reinstall

Safety: Remove the battery before forcing any parts.

• Clean latch areas: Remove visible dust and debris from latch slots and guides.
• Inspect latches: Check for bent or broken latch tabs. Replace the latch or canister if damaged.
• Check gasket alignment: Ensure the gasket is seated evenly and not pinched.
• Reinstall carefully: Align the canister according to the arrows or guides and close latches evenly.
