How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before inspecting moving parts.
- Check canister and latches: Ensure the dust canister or tank is seated correctly and all latches are fully engaged.
- Inspect fan area: Remove the canister and look into the motor intake for debris stuck on the fan blades.
- Check motor mounts: Tighten any loose screws securing the motor to the housing. Replace damaged rubber isolators.
- Resolution: If the impeller is cracked or visibly warped, replace the motor/fan assembly. Continued use can damage bearings and housing.
