Charging icon flashes with F4 and battery does not gain charge

• Step 4 – Replace battery if needed: If F4 persists with a correct charger, the battery's protection PCB may be misreading voltage. Replace the battery pack.
• When to stop: If a new charger and battery still show F4, the internal charge control circuit on the main board is likely defective and requires professional service.
